Peer-to-Peer Support Groups

One of the distinctive features of the Help to Grow: Management programme is the inclusion of live, facilitated peer group calls. These typically last one hour. Attendees join a cohort of fellow mentors on the programme, allowing them to share challenges, exchange ideas and learn from the varied experience of their peers.

One-to-One Mentor Support

The One-to-One support sessions allow mentors who are experiencing issues with their mentee or have a general query about the programme to arrange a short call with a senior member of the ABM team. For more information about one-to-one support please email hello@helptogrowmentor.com.

Seeking a Match

If you are a volunteer mentor on the Help to Grow: Management Course and are finding it difficult to match with a mentee, our “Seeking a Match” peer-support session is here to help. This event offers mentors an opportunity to connect with others in the same position, share experiences, and access tips and strategies to improve your chances of pairing.

Why This Matters

The combination of peer group sessions and individual support sessions delivers a powerful dual benefit. Peer groups expose you to a wider diversity of ideas, prompt reflection, and reduce isolation by connecting you with leaders facing analogous issues.
